Beginner 1

As we welcome you to the world of pole, you will learn the fundamentals of the sport, including spins, climbs, sits and

beginner routines!

Beginner 2

Suitable for those who are still at beginner level and not yet inverting, but ready to reach new goals with longer combos, harder tricks and transitions up the pole, and an introduction to spinny pole and choreo!

Improvers Pole

Suitable for those who have just started inverting, looking to build strength and endurance, learning your first tricks and working on longer combos!

Intermediate Pole

For those comfortable inverting consistently, working on aerial inverts/shouldermounts, new strength & flex tricks, building on transitions and perfecting that pole flow.

Advanced Pole

Push your limits with long combo's, fun transitions, tricks, flips and advanced flexy moves! Must be able to aerial invert/shouldermount and Ayesha comfortably.

Mixed Ability Pole

This class is tailored towards a variety of levels so that you can learn new skills while still building your foundations. Whether it is tricks or combos, there will be progressions/regressions for everyone! Suitable for those in Beginner 2 and above.

Heels Tech

In this class you can learn the fundamentals of how to dance in heels, or perfect your heel technique and flow. Learn a combination of floor work, kips, tricks and mini choreos.

Suitable for Beginner 2's and above.

You must have heels specific for pole, please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.

Beginner
Aerial Hoop

Join our amazing instructors Cloud and Pensi as they teach you the fundamentals of aerial hoop!

Covering spins and cute shapes in the hoop as well as cool tricks!

Suitable for complete beginners.

Intermediate +
Aerial Hoop

Expand your aerial knowledge with this higher level class. Learning new tricks and transitions, focussing on flexy shapes in the hoop, tricks on the top bar and the strop!

Splits!

Always wanted to do the splits?

Now is your chance to learn with a fun but challenging class, covering all types of splits (front, middle & standing splits), with a combination of both passive and active exercises!

Stretch & Flex

Looking to increase your overall flexibility? Then this is the class for you, suitable for all abilities and no experience needed to start!

The class focusses on a full body stretch, including passive and active exercises.
